Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. A broken piece of jewelry can be exchanged for a new piece of jewelry or a coupon code within 30 days of receiving your package. If you have made a wrong decision and want your money back, the package must be returned to us in good condition within 14 days. The shipping costs (usually a stamp) are for the customer. We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for a maximum of 3 months.
