Returns Policy

Unfortunately, worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. You can exchange an item that does not meet the requirements for the same value or a coupon code within 30 days of receiving your package. If you have made a wrong decision and you want your money back, the package must be returned to us within 14 days. The shipping costs (usually a stamp) are for the customer. We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for up to 3 months.

When returning, always include the returns form and note the order number, the items you are returning and whether you want a voucher or refund.
Personalized items such as name necklaces cannot be returned. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engravings or alterations of any kind. We do not offer returns or exchanges for used items. Are you in doubt! Feel free to ask our CS team.
