For the prices stated on our website, we strive to represent reality and the intended prices as accurately as possible. Errors that arise and are recognizable as programming or typing errors never form a reason to claim or assume a contract or agreement with BiBz Designs.

BiBz Designs strives for the most up-to-date website possible. If, despite these efforts, the information or content on this website are incomplete and/or incorrect, we cannot accept any liability for this.

Material: 925

The term "925 silver" indicates the silver content in the alloy. In English-speaking countries this is also called "Sterling Silver". The term indicates that the alloy contains 92.5% silver. If this content is guaranteed to be present in the material, silversmiths place a mark "925" in the material. 925 silver will turn black after some time (especially if it is not worn) and should therefore be polished with a silver polish.

Tibetan silver

This is made according to traditional Tibetan technology. Tibetan silver is usually a bit darker than 925 silver, but remains beautiful with frequent wear. 925 silver will turn black after some time (especially if it is not worn) and should therefore be polished with a silver polish.

Stainless steel

Jewelry warranty

The handmade jewelry from BiBz Designs has a 1-month warranty from the date of purchase. You have a warranty on the beads, charms and any clasps. If you have any complaints, you can contact us within 1 month of purchasing your jewelry. We will repair your jewelry free of charge.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

natural wear and tear
fall damage
stains or color difference caused by chemicals (such as perfume, make-up, shampoo, hair styling products, chlorinated water, etc.)
lacquer damage to wood, leather and beads due to (rain) water
beads/leather that stain after coming into contact with water

We cannot be held liable for normal wear and tear or any form of damage caused by incorrect use of our jewelry.

Shipping and transport damage

We ship your order with Correos via Letterbox Post and Parcel Post. All orders are carefully checked, packaged and shipped in accordance with Correos' terms and conditions. If your order has arrived damaged, we request that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for lost shipments without track & route. Therefore, make sure you choose the right shipping method for you.

Cooling-off period / Exchange / Return

Jewelry: You can exchange or return your order within 14 days (after receiving your order), provided it is not custom-made and is returned undamaged, unworn and in the original packaging. In all cases you must first write in writing by e-mail info@bibzdesigns.com or post "Av. Comunidad Valenciana 7, Bajo 5, 03590 Altea" to contact us. You must state your name and invoice number. We will then contact you as soon as possible. The purchase price of the products you return will be refunded within 7 days (after receipt of the product). The shipping costs for exchanging or returning are at your own expense.
Exception for customization: Products that you purchase through this online store are custom-made according to the specification you entered. Before we send the jewelry to you, we first check together whether it is to your liking. If this is not the case, we will adjust it for you.
Exception for sealed products: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided the seal is not broken. If the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately €7.25 per package, consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@bibzdesigns.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Exception for non-perishable products: Products you purchase through this online store only have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

Prices and payments

All prices stated in the webshop are expressed in Euros, including sales tax and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing.
The shipping costs are stated on the website.

Special offers are only valid for the period of validity as stated on the webshop with regard to that special offer.
The webshop cannot be held to its offers if the Customer should have understood, according to the terms of reasonableness and fairness and generally accepted views in society, that the offer or part thereof contains an obvious mistake or typo.
Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.
